You're so right, Lori Diehl from South Williamsport, about those residents along the Mummer's Parade. They should worry more about their rotten sidewalks.
I walk those streets and there is so many cracked, unlevel, broken sidewalks it's not even funny. Also there is dog dodo every where you look.
Fix your sidewalks, Central and Southern Avenue residents. I'm surprised the borough doesn't enforce it. Oh well, it will only take one person to trip and break a hip for them to do it.
