Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 19 people in county court.
One person was sentenced to state prison. He was:
Sylvester R. Shoemaker, 41, 101 Boak Ave., Lot 17, Hughesville, two to four years, three years state probation for aggravated indecent assault.
Three people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Ronald C. Morton, 29, no address listed, 12 months minus one day, six years intermediate punishment, 150 hours community service for possession of a small amount of paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver and escape.
Michael Kelly, 28, Philadelphia, three to 18 months, 12 months probation, 100 hours community service, credit for time served for possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.
Kent A. Rathgeber, 62, 708 Penn St., 90 days, $750, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Five people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Roger T. Waltz, 40, 197 Trout Run Mountain Road, Trout Run, 24 months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 75 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Stephanie M. Mutchler, 22, 1208 Weaver St., Montoursville, six months, three days LCP/PRC, one month probation, $1,500, 60 hours community service for DUI and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Tina M. Brown, 41, 3731 Lycoming Creek Road, Lot T4, Cogan Station, six months, three days LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
James M. Pulizzi, 25, 214 Myers Road, 12 months, six months probation, $300, 75 hours community service for DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Paulette Michelle Weidler, 53, 2500 Federal Ave., six months, three days LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Six people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Kerry A. Horn, 31, 5957 Lycoming Creek Road, five years, 100 hours community service for indecent assault.
Ji Michael Hamman, 31, 26 E. Village Drive, six months, 50 hours community service for harassment.
Cody Reed, 20, 402 S. Market St., Muncy, six months, $300, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Gary Rose, 56, Lycoming County Prison, 24 months state probation, 50 hours community service for theft by deception.
Sara M. Bauer, 30, 1743 Memorial Ave., 12 months, 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kyle Myers, 22, 210 1/2 Oak St., Jersey Shore, 24 months, $250, 50 hours community service for false imprisonment.
Three people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Richard Kibble Jr., 19, 763 Bower Lake Road, Hughesville, for DUI.
Matthew G. Yeager, 43, 916 Stoney Batter Road, Muncy, for DUI.
Jessica A. Hoskavich, 26, 320 Cottage Ave., for DUI.
One person was approved for probation without verdict. He was:
Leighton T. Hayes, 20, 12 months, 75 hours community service for possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
