Twelve violinists and a pianist, known as Siberian Virtuosi, the State Ensemble of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), will present the second program of the 2012-13 season of the Williams-port Community Concert Association, scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 15 in the auditorium of Williamsport's Scottish Rite, 348 N. Market St.
Founded in 1994, the ensemble has given more than 1,200 concerts during the last 17 years, performing in 14 European and Asian countries, including France, United Kingdom, Austria, Italy, Germany, Israel, China and South Korea.
Williamsport concludes the debut tour of the ensemble in the United States that began Oct. 20 in Virginia, Minn., followed by 18 performances across the country.

The ensemble, claimed as absolutely unique, is the pride of the Russian performing arts with the violinists moving across the stage as they perform.
The touring program introduces the classics and, although subject to change, includes selections from the following: Bach's Toccata and Fugue, Tchaikovsky's Scherzo, Rachmaninoff's Vocalise, Paganini's Caprice No. 1, Wieniawski's Scherzo and Tarantella and Brahm's "Hungarian Dance No. 1."
After intermission, selections are Vivaldi's Summer from "Four Seasons," Mozart's Rondo, Bach's Aria, Mendelssohn's Scherzo, Piazzola's Libertango and Khachaturian's "Sword Dance."
All seats are reserved. Tickets are $20 in the third section, $30 in the second section or $35 in the first section and may be bought by emailing wc catickets@gmail.com or by calling Dorothy Maples at 323-6012.
Tickets also will be available at the box office the night of the performance with payment by cash or check (no credit cards).
