The Rev. David B. Letscher, pastor of Bethany Lutheran Church in Montoursville, will serve as president of the borough's Ecumenical Ministerium.
Letscher originally is from Altoona and his former pastorates have included Winder, Clearfield and Houtzdale. Prior to his arrival in Montoursville, Letscher served as pastor for St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Shanksville.
Letscher succeeds the Rev. John Manno who had served as president since 2008.
