Announcement has been made of the engagement of Kaitlyn Holcomb and Zakk Bowman, both of Williamsport.
A June 22 wedding at Door Fellowship Church, officiated by the Rev. Wayne Holcomb, grandfather of the bride-to-be, is being planned.
Holcomb is the daughter of Kim and Michael Holcomb, Loyalsock Township. She graduated from Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School in 2008 and received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a certification in secondary education from Lycoming College in January this year. She is employed by various high and middle schools in Lycoming County as a substitute teacher.

Bowman is the son of Heather and Charles Young Jr. and Brian Bowman, all of Loyalsock Township. He attended Loyalsock Township High School and was homeschooled his senior year in 2009. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree in music theory and piano performance at Lock Haven University.
