Ellen E. Ulmer, 90, a resident of The Hillside Assisted Living Center, passed away Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at The Gatehouse.
She was born Jan. 12, 1922, in Wallis Run, a daughter of C. Raymond and Lizzie Remp Kepner.
Ellen was a member of Community Baptist Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur W. and a son, Eugene R.
Ellen is survived by a daughter, Marilyn (Steve) E. Cohick of Pennsdale; a brother, Herb (Alverna) Kepner of Conyers, Ga.; a sister, Mabel Packard of Hughesville; four grandchildren, Missy (Bradd) Williamson, Tina (Barry) Steinbacher, Valerie (Gregg) Aldinger and Sean (Tracey) Ulmer; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at Bible Baptist Church, 1229 Dutchtown Road, Huntersville, Pa., with Pastor Rob McKenzie officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
