Been reading a lot of things regarding the allocation of gas money across the state. Most complain about Philadelphia getting money when there is no drilling in the city.
Surprised that no one brings up that at least two recreational businesses Seven Springs Ski Lodge and Slovenska Narodna Podporna Jedota set themselves up as boroughs in order to get federal money to build water and wastewater grants allocated for municipalities or in order to get cheap insurance available for municipalities.
Always told the members of our hunting club that we should become a borough.
