Carolyn A. Drinkwine, 66, of Covington, Pa., died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center, Williamsport, Pa.
Carolyn was born Nov. 27, 1945, in Potsdam, N.Y., a daughter of Jesse and Virginia (Armstrong) Latter. She was the loving wife of 47 years to Eugene H. Drinkwine.
Carolyn graduated from Central City Business Institute, Syracuse, N.Y., and worked at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital as an admissions clerk; Elmira Savings Bank in Elmira and Mansfield; the former Commonwealth Bank in Mansfield; Rite Aid Pharmacy Certified Tech in Fulton, N.Y.; West Branch Federal Credit Union in Williamsport, Pa., and CVS Pharmacy in South Williamsport, Pa. Carolyn was an avid bowler on the Wednesday Night Ladies Bowling League and mixed bowling on Sunday. She owned and operated the former Bloss Carriage House Antique Shop for several years. Carolyn enjoyed cooking, and had attended the Blossburg United Methodist Church.

Carolyn is survived her husband; a son, Justin Drinkwine of Skaneateles, N.Y.; a daughter and son-in-law, Amy and David Mahonski of Blossburg, Pa.; four grandchildren, Erika, Nicholas, Rachel, and Nathan; one great-granddaughter, Skyleigh Spencer; her mother, Virginia Latter of Syracuse, N.Y.; a brother, Stephen Latter of Syracuse, N.Y.; a sister and brother-in-law, Jacqueline and William Pickett of Newport, R.I.
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, Pa., with Rev. Michele Somerville officiating. Private burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Morris Run, Pa., at the convenience of the family.
