Announcement has been made of the engagement of Mallory Elizabeth Bieber, Hamburg, and Edward Charles Hamm, Wellsboro.
A July 6 wedding at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Hamburg, is being planned.
Bieber is the daughter of Sandra and Stephen Bieber, Blandon. She graduated from Fleetwood Area High School in 2002. She received a master's degree of physical therapy from College Misericordia, now Misericordia University, Dallas, in 2007 and a doctorate degree of physical therapy from Temple University, Philadelphia, in 2010. She is the senior physical therapist at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading.

Hamm is the son of Agnes and Joseph Hamm, South Williamsport. He graduated from the former Bishop Neumann High School, now St. John Neumann Regional Academy, in 2002. He received a bachelor's degree of elementary education from College Misericordia in 2006 and a master's degree in education from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre in 2010. He is employed as a sixth grade teacher in the Wellsboro Area School District.
