Announcement has been made of the engagement of Jennifer Marie Howe and Matthew Sinclair MacGregor, both of Philadelphia.
A June wedding is being planned at Church of the Holy Trinity, Philadelphia.
Howe is the daughter of Lorrie and David Howe, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2004 and received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from West Chester University in 2008. She is pursuing a master's degree in education and a reading specialist certification from Cabrini College, Radnor. She is employed by Phoenixville Area School District as a second-grade teacher.

MacGregor is the son of Michelle and Douglas Moyer, Orefield, and Beverly and Bruce MacGregor, Douglasville. He graduated from Parkland High School, Allentown, in 1998 and received a bachelor's degree in business management from Shippensburg University in 2003. He is employed by Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, Philadelphia, as a hospice care representative.
