Ecumenical luncheon
United Churches Wednesday noon ecumenical lunches are held each week of the school year at Pine Street United Methodist Church, 441 Pine St. On Wednesday, the Rev. Ken Elkin, pastor of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Williamsport, will share a travelogue about his recent trip to Spain. The serving of a catered $6 lunch begins at 11:45 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. Free parking is available in the lot north of the church. Although reservations are not needed, it is helpful if those who are not regular attendees would call United Churches at 322-1110 to help the caterer know how many to prepare for. Also, winter storm cancelations are placed on WRAK, 1400 AM, or you may call 419-1464.
