All this hand-wringing over the Latino vote by Republicans can be summed up with one fact.
On July 25th our president told La Raza that, "he could bypass Congress and change the (immigration) laws on his own, but that's not the way it's done."
But he did so on Aug. 18 by Executive Order. You just can't beat the power of the presidency.
