Patricia Ann Lins, 81, of DuBoistown, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2012, at her home.
Patricia was born on June 21, 1931, at Williamsport. She was the daughter of the late Leon William Tacka Sr. and Helen Magdalena (Beackley) Tacka.
Pat was married to George Herbert Lins on July 1, 1950. Together they shared 62 years of marriage.
Pat was a member of Saint Lawrence Roman Catholic Church. She worked as a teller for Jersey Shore State Bank from where she retired.
She was an avid reader and a very talented seamstress, quilter, and homemaker. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.
Surviving are her husband, George Herbert Lins, of DuBoistown; a daughter, Teresa Ann Pfirman, of DuBoistown; and her son, Michael Joseph Lins, of Winchester, Va.; and two grandsons, Joseph Michael Lins, and Andrew Scott Lins, both of Winchester, Va. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Lee Eck, of DuBoistown.
Patricia was preceded in death by her late parents, and her brother, Leon William Tacka Jr.
Friends and family will be received Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Charles M. Noll Funeral Home, 1 E. Central Ave., South Williamsport, Pa.
Funeral services and the Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Lawrence Catholic Church on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. with her pastor Msgnr. Steven D. McGough officiating.
Interment will immediately follow in the Resurrection Cemetery, Montoursville, Pa.
