Charles Richard Smith, 81, of Pennsylvania Ave., Watsontown, passed away Monday, Nov. 26, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at Brooks Funeral Home, 124 Main St., Watsontown, with Pastor Gary Runtas of the G.A.P Fellowship Church, Williamsport, officiating.
