A. Christine (Frantz) Brown, 99, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012, at Presbyterian Village, Hollidaysburg. She was born on July 26, 1913, in Jersey Shore, Pa., a daughter of the late Lewis James and Bertha Edna (Geise) Frantz. She was married to William Lewis Brown, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by the following family one daughter, Luethel May (Brown) married to Charles Kormanski, Hollidaysburg, Pa.; grandchildren, Charles Lewis Kormanski, Timothy James Hanner, Theda Loraine Tallman, Kristi Lue Bowers; four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Edith Loraine Hanner.
She was preceded in death by the following siblings, Paul Lincoln Frantz, Helen Elizebeth Fegley, Bruce Allen Frantz, Lee Irvin Frantz.

Mrs. Brown was a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, Hollidaysburg, Pa.
She worked as a department head at Sears & Roebuck in Williamsport, Pa., for many years until her retirement.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church with Rev. Jeanne Jacobson officiating.
Burial will be held privately in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Mill Hall, Pa.
