ELKLAND - Borough police are looking for Roy W. Lowe, 20, of 1736 Thornbottom Road, Lawrenceville, who escaped from police after he had been arrested in the borough Nov. 5.
According to documents filed at District Judge Brian Edgcomb's office, Lowe had been arrested for two felony warrants issued by Judge Robert E. Dalton Jr. and escaped while he was being put back in the car after he claimed he had to go into the bathroom to vomit.
According to police, he took off running stating he was not going back to jail. Anyone with information is asked to contact borough police at 814-258-5419.
