Climate change fatigue

December 2, 2012
Williamsport Sun-Gazette

I really am tired of hearing about climate change. Climate change is nonexistent. What really is occurring is God's judgment of man's sin.

In Luke 21:10-11, Jesus explains the end of the age. "Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be great earthquakes, and in various places plagues and famines; and there will be terrors and great signs from heaven."

Jesus adds in Luke 21:25-26, "There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the Earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken."

In Matthew 24:8, Jesus states, "But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs." It gets worse. America is no longer a majority Christian nation. God will judge sin.

In I Corinthians 6:9-10, Paul writes, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived, neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God."

America is now an unrighteous nation. If Jesus was to return today; only 45,000,000 Americans would be going with Him. In Matthew 4:17, Jesus commands, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." America needs to wake up now; for the kingdom is at hand.
