"I meet with clients to help them design their plans," she said.

Hubicki can educate and help push clients to their goals, but made it clear that self-motivation is what's important.

Many people want to lose weight and feel better but for many reasons can't find the time to fit some type of exercise regimen into their lives.

Poor eating habits only add to the problem for many people.

"I don't want to set up anyone for failure," she said. "People just need motivation. Everybody is different."

Hubicki, who shares space with Golden Dragon Family Training Center, said her clients can work out at the facility and not feel intimidated by throngs of other people as is common in many public fitness centers.

"It's not about going to a gym and sharing space," she said. "A busy mom, for example, doesn't want to work out six or seven days a week at a gym."

She feels many people give up on exercise regimens after becoming bored with the same routine.

Among the types of training Hubicki offers are kettlebells, pilates and free weights.

Hubicki is certified through the American Council on Exercise and holds college degrees in occupational therapy, applied health sciences and exercise science.

She teaches many of the programs she offers.

"It's good to know you have someone educated and knows how to address issues and promote an injury-free workout," she said.
