Donald G. Brion, 85, son of Ernest L. and Margaret Kilpatrick Brion, passed away Dec. 2, 2012, at home with his family by his side. Married to June F. Amacher on May 17, 1952, they just celebrated their 60th anniversary.
Surviving, besides his wife, are four children, Diane (Ken) Tripp, Liberty, Clara (Rich) Hemling, East Point, Dale, Williamsport and Lynn, Liberty. Donald has five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers and four sisters. He was predeceased by his parents and one brother, Russell.
He was a dairy and elk farmer all his life. He also served as a township supervisor for Jackson Township for 42 years.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at 2 p.m. from the Freeberg Funeral Home, Blossburg, with the Pastor Detlef Huckfeldt officiating.
A celebration of Donald's life will be Memorial weekend, Sunday, May 26, 2013, at the Brion Pavilion (1585, Brion Road, Liberty, Pa.).
