Judson A. Bower, 59, of Cogan Station, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at home.
He was born in Williamsport on May 14, 1953, the son of Leonard and Ruth Engel Bower.
Judson was employed with the Planning Commisson for Lycoming County. He loved playing cards, watching TV and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, the former Janet Lilley Bower.

His children also survive him: Samantha Bower and Cynthia Kirol, both of this city; stepchildren, Joseph Luxenberger of Montoursville, Michael Luxenberger of Mechanicsburg, Kathy Bilbay of Montoursville and William Luxenberger of this city. He is also survived by his four stepgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. Third St., Williamsport, on Friday morning at noon. Rev. Dr. J. Morris Smith will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday morning from 10 until 11:45 a.m. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Montgomery.
