WELLSBORO - Three people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants recently.
According to court documents filed at district judge's offices in Wellsboro and Mansfield, they were:
Kristian D. Garrard, 22, of Boaz, Ala., by borough police following a traffic stop at Crafton and Pearl streets following a traffic stop Dec. 2. He was released, on $2,000 bail and his preliminary hearing set for Dec. 11.
Justin L. Martin, 23, of 11500 Route 6, Wellsboro, by borough police following a traffic stop on East Avenue Dec. 4. He was released on $5,000 bail and his preliminary hearing set for Dec. 11.
Brandon M. Clark, 26, of 18789 Route 6, Mansfield, by state police after he crashed his car on Route 6, Richmond Township, Nov. 28. He was issued a summons to appear Jan. 2.
