Today I had the displeasure of speaking to a representative of yet another government organization/bureaucracy, the WASD tax office.
In an attempt to resolve a tax issue, pay back taxes and set up a payment plan, I was informed that what I can afford to pay them monthly is simply inadequate and I simply have to pay another amount. What I have paid is inadequate and I am a bad boy and can do better. My employer is not obligated by law to collect these taxes, they did but just weren't bright enough to actually take out the proper amount because they couldn't figure out the right code for Muncy, which left me in a deficit.
So we again remind the bureaucrats that A. Your cushy government jobs are being eliminated daily. B. Once again you report to us not vice versa and C. There is a big line of folks outside just waiting for a chance at your job. D. I will use the online services because that is the last venue for actual customer service!
