Announcement has been made of the engagement of Donna Marie DiRocco, Hughesville, and Stephen Andrew "Tug" Welsh, Jersey Shore.
A July 13 wedding at Priestley-Savidge House, Northumberland, is being planned.
DiRocco is the daughter of Rose DiRocco-Hodges, Hughesville. She graduated from Hughesville High School in 2008 and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lycoming College this year. She is applying to graduate programs in clinical psychology.

Welsh is the son of Jennie and Steve Welsh, Jersey Shore. He graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 2008 and received a bachelor's degree in business management from Bloomsburg University this year. He is employed by Hannan Construction Inc.
