Criminal charges continue to mount against Lycoming County Prison inmate Larry Darnell Travers, 24, of 1049 Memorial Ave., who was incarcerated earlier this year on charges of attempted homicide for stabbing another man during a drug deal.
County Detective A. E. Diaz Sr. has charged Travers, of 1049 Memorial Ave., with simple assault and harassment for allegedly assaulting inmate Daniel Hamilton in a cell about 6:20 a.m. on Nov. 3.
Following his arraignment Tuesday before District Judge Allen P. Page III, Travers was recommitted in lieu of $5,000 bail.
