Sylvia Lee Hall, 35, of Williamsport, passed away at the Susquehanna Regional Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family on Dec. 9, 2012, following a long battle with diabetes.
Sylvia was born at Williamsport on Oct. 26, 1977, to Frank L. and Robin E. (Moore) Vining.

Sylvia Lee Hall
Sylvia was employed by various companies throughout the years prior to her illness. She believed in Jesus Christ as her Savior, and was a former regular attendee at Faith Wesleyan Church. She also enjoyed attending the Amazing Grace Ministry Church in Montgomery, where she loved the music and hearing her Aunt Linda preach.
Sylvia greatly enjoyed being around people, and had a heart for helping others. She was a free spirit, and had many friends who loved her and will miss her very much. Sylvia was the type of person who could not go anywhere without running into people she knew, and she always enjoyed spending time "catching up" on what was going on in their lives. She was very artistic, and had an eye for colors and arranging items to create lovely displays. Sylvia had a great sense of humor, and was loved very dearly by her family and all whose lives she touched. She was like a beautiful spark of light that was snuffed out way too soon, and she will be very greatly missed.
Sylvia was predeceased by her beloved father, Frank. Sylvia is survived by her mother and stepfather, Robin and Charles Muffley, with whom she lived. She is also survived by her two beautiful daughters, Alicia Luann-Lynn Scott, of Williamsport, and Jasmine Belle Shearer, of Avis; and her adorable sons, Lucas Logan and Dante Elijah Hall, of Williamsport. Additional survivors include her aunts, Elizabeth Butler, of South Williamsport, and Janet (Edward) Kulp, of Trout Run, Pa.; her uncle, Rev. Carl (Rev. Linda) Vining, of Montgomery; her uncle, Patrick Moore, of Williamsport; and her cousins and step-cousins.
Funeral services for Sylvia Lee Hall will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at the Faith Wesleyan Church of Williamsport, 1033 Tucker St., Williamsport, PA 17701, with the Rev.
