Angeline Salvatori, 92, formerly of Newberry, died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at Hillside Assisted Living where she enjoyed wonderful company and care for the past six years.
Born July 25, 1920, in Jersey Shore, she was a daughter of the late Carmen and Rosaria DiStasi Portanova.
Angeline was a homemaker, and a member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
Surviving are her children, Anthony L. (Andrea) Salvatori of Montoursville, Irene Reidy of Dayton, Ohio, Stephen (Lisa) Salvatori of Williamsport; a sister, Helen D'Addio of Williamsport; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Lewis A. Salvatori; four brothers, Michael, Anthony, Lewis and Vito Portanova; and a granddaughter, Karen Reidy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Annunciation Church, 702 W. Fourth St., Williamsport, with Rev. David W. Bechtel officiating.
There will be no visitation. Interment will be in Montoursville Cemetery.
The family will provide the flowers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Angeline's name may be made to St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 711 W. Edwin St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
Arrangements are entrusted to Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond St., Williamsport.
