David O. Thompson, 75, of Williamsport, died on Dec. 11, 2012, at Tilburg's Personal Care Home.
He was born June 28, 1937, in Williamsport, the son of Oscar L. and Dorothy A. Stover Thompson.
Surviving him is a sister, Joanne Bosch, of Williamsport; a nephew, Andy; and a niece, Michelle.
Funeral service and burial will be in Montoursville Cemetery at the convenience of the family. There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
Arrangements are being handled by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
