Ronald Cole, 76, of Pelham, Ga., passed away on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, in Thomasville, Ga.
Born on Nov. 12, 1936, in Brownsville, Pa., to the late Dorothy Cole, he was a piping engineer for nuclear plants and was Baptist by faith.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Butler Cole of Pelham, Ga.; children, John Cole and wife, Kim, of Rock Hill, S.C., Ron Cole Jr. of North Carolina, Mellissa Smith and husband, William, of Raleigh, N.C.; grandchildren, Cassandra Cole, John Cole II, Shauna Cole, Nicolas Cole, Ronald Cole; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deanna Cole; son, James Cole; and mother, Dorothy Cole.
No formal visitation was held and memorial services were conducted on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at 10 a.m. in the chapel at Jamerson Funeral Home in Pelham, Ga. Rev.
