Last month I took a ride down Little League Boulevard and used the walk sign it gave people to go across and back. Why is there not as much traffic there as Fourth and Campbell, which only gives us a 6-second time, leaving us in the middle of the street. And Campbell is a very busy intersection, with people going to work and home at night plus the city and school buses. When the walk sign is activated, the drivers only look for cars. I have come close to being hit a few times because people need to go back and take their written test all over again.
Here at Fourth and Campbell there is only an activated walk sign across Fourth Street from the apartment building to parking lot. The other three-way that has to be activated only has a 6-second time to get across just at the middle of the street. Whoever times it either needs a new time watch or never checked the other 3 crossings and just assumed they were the same. So I am hoping he goes back and checks all four crossings before some body really gets hurt as I have almost been hit a couple times.
This is a very busy intersection where Walnut and Little League very little.
