Martha J. Bubb, 86, died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, in the Manor Care Health Center in Jersey Shore.
Born Nov. 11, 1926, in Williamsport, she was the daughter of Judson Morgan and the former Julie Fisher.
Martha was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Bubb Feb. 14, 1980.
For many years she was a member of the Salladasburg United Methodist Church and the Muncy American Legion. Martha retired from Brodart after many years of service.
Martha is survived by a son, Frank R. Bubb of Spring Hill Florida; two daughters, Myra J. (Leon) Rutt of Elizabethtown, Pa. and Ann R. Miller of Salladasburg; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and a brother, Judson Morgan of Washington State.
Martha was also preceded in death by a son, Scott R. Bubb. Memorial services and burial in the Wildwood Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family. Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home, 125 N. Main St., Jersey Shore, is in charge of arrangements.
