Ronald H. Bowers, 68, of Wellsboro, passed away Saturday, Dec. 15. Ronald's Life Celebration will be Tuesday Dec. 18, 2012, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Tussey-Mosher Funeral Home, "A Life Celebration Home," 139 Main St., Wellsboro with services on Wednesday Dec. 19, 11 a.m.
