Elinor Jeanne Payne Kantz, 86, passed away on Dec. 17, 2012. Elinor's Life Celebration will be on Saturday, Dec. 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 130 Main St., Wellsboro.
