William T. McGee, 69, of York, Pa., formerly of Williamsport, Pa., passed away Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at his residence.
He was the son of Dr. Philip T. and Helen (Thomson) McGee.
Bill graduated from Williamsport High School and Lycoming College.

He was a retired employee of the Department of Labor and Industry for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having worked in the York, Pa., office.
Bill was an avid sports fan who mostly followed Pennsylvania's High School Basketball.
He also enjoyed watching his favorite football team, the Cleveland Browns.
In addition to his love of sports, Bill was an avid reader and closely followed Pennsylvania State and Federal politics.
Bill is survived by a brother, Glenn T. McGee (Arlene) of Leesburg, Va.; a sister, Gail T. Brunt (Tom) of Warminster, Pa.; three nephews and one niece. Bill was predeceased by a brother, Phillip T. McGee, II, Dec. 27, 1982.
Family and friends are invited to attend Bill's graveside service at noon on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012 at Wildwood cemetery. The Rev. Sam Hwang will officiate.
Contributions in his memory may be directed to Habitat for Humanity or The Salvation Army both of which Bill loyally supported.
