WELLSBORO - Fourteen people were sentenced Monday in Tioga County Court.
According to court documents, sentenced to the Tioga County Prison were:
Neil D. Davis, 38, of Elkland, six to 12 months for theft, $100 fine, $28 restitution.
Brandon Button, 19, of Westfield, four years intermediate punishment for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft, one to four months in jail, probation, $250 fine, $3,571 restitution; 24 months probation for bad checks, $1,260 restitution.
Raymond L. Enderle, 58, of Addison, N.Y., two to 23 months in jail for burglary, probation, $200 fine, $182 restitution.
Sentenced to probation were:
Michael W. Hinman, 25, of Morris Run, 24 months for unlawful killing of big game, $150 fine and $6,400 restitution to Game Commission.
Brett A. Leonard, 26, of Lawrenceville, 18 months for bad checks, $150 fine and $610 restitution.
Andrew C. Gibson, 35, of Mansfield, 12 months for disorderly conduct, $100 fine.
Kyle F. Hurley, 27, of Johnsonburg, 12 months, $100 fine, $68 restitution for possession of a controlled substance.
Sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were:
Samantha D. Strange, 27, of Mansfield, 24 months plus $1,976 restitution for forgery and theft by deception.
Thomas S. Hager, 56, of the borough, 12 months for drunken driving.
Cassie R. Chase, 21, of Blossburg, 12 months for drunken driving.
Derrick R. Priset, 25, of the borough, 12 months for drunken driving.
Jeffrey J. Oakes, 21, of Laredo, Texas, 12 months for drunken driving.
Robert D. Olivieri, 21, of the borough, 12 months for drunken driving.
Allen R. Hurt, 25, of Murchison, Texas, 9 months for drunken driving.
