William H. "Bill" Whitney, 63, of Wellsboro, died on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012.
Friends may call on Saturday, Dec. 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., Wellsboro, with funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Middlebury Center, Pa.
