Twelve people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:

Thomas M. Carstetter, 19, 406 Prospect Ave., Avis, six months, two days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Paul W. Cormier, 59, Pittsfield, Mass., six months, five days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $300 for DUI.
Francis Tamagyow, 34, Corsicana, Tex., six months, five days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000 for DUI.
Harry L. Braim, 26, Lock Haven, 12 months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $300 for possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft.
Shawn P. McCallus, 37, 36 Cherokee Lane, six months, five days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $750, 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct.
Shakeema Woods, 32, 326 Grace St., Apt. 8, six months, three days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for DUI.
Shelley Walters, 49, 91 O'dell Road, Lot D9, Muncy, 60 months, three months, Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Jahvaise K. Murchison, 23, 1768 Memorial Ave., Apt. 2, 12 months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Scott C. Hoffman, 37, 1001 Walnut St., six months, three days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 75 hours community service for DUI.
Jason A. Lyons, 24, Shamokin Dam, 12 months, 20 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for simple assault.
Brady J. Sellinger, 18, 2762 Daughertys Run Road, Linden, 24 months, eight days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 24 months probation, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for fleeing and evading arrest and reckless endangerment.
Four people were sentenced to probation. They were:

William E. Kinley, 66, 2209 Roosevelt Ave., six months, $300, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Lisa E. Gray, 51, 1542 Mount Carmel St., 18 months, 50 hours community service for receiving stolen property.
Kateresa D. Blackwell, 41, 801 Hepburn St., 12 months, 50 hours community service for simple assault.

Carrie E. Miller, 22, Salladaburg, for obtaining controlled substances by fraud.
Two people were approved for probation without verdict. They were:
Kevin D. Calaman, 18, Carlisle, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Erika J. Dyer, 24, Watsontown, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
