Dear Secret Santa or Santas that gave Christmas to my grandsons. Their mother and I (their Nana) would like to say thank you so very much. I just wanted to let you know how you affected our lives. My daughter, her 6-year-old son and now 3-month-old son had to move in with me in October. At that time I was going to college and only working 1 hour a week, plus getting a little from unemployment but I told her we would find a way.
We struggle to get what the boys need and at one time I even considered quitting college to get a fulltime job. But she told me that I needed to stay in college to set a good example for her and her boys, so I agreed. There were many times we said God we can't handle anymore and then we would hear of others worse off than we were, so we would forge ahead. But when I walked into my boss's office and saw what you left for us I cried; our prayers for Christmas for the boys were answered.
My boss told me the CLC or she hadn't done it, she didn't know who did it. So whether it was someone in the Pennsylvania College of Technology community or someone in our town community, we had to let you know it is very much appreciated. And whether you did it for us or for some other family please know your kindness is a Godsend and very much appreciated. God Bless You! You have restored our faith in God, mankind, and Santa. So yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus!
