William R. Nicolai III, of Montoursville, passed away Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at the Gatehouse in Divine Providence Hospital. A memorial service and a complete obituary will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are by Spitler Funeral Home, Montoursville.
