I would like to comment on the horrible tragedy in Connecticut. It saddens me that this kind of evil runs rampant in this nation. But I also know that we should not be surprised by it. We will call out to God in a crisis like this and in the next breath say we don't want you in our schools, public places or work places. We no longer include our Lord in our homes and the family coming to gether at dinner is non existent.
Until this nation and especially our leaders get on their knees and seek the guidance of our Lord and Saviour Jesus, we will continue to see more and more senseless violence. We have become numb to all things that use to be moral. Our nation is headed for some sad times ahead.
I wonder how many young children really know why we celebrate Christmas. We need to turn back to the only hope we have and that is to God, out forefathers knew that and that is what made this nation great.
