Announcement has been made of the engagement of Sarah Horton and Zachary Cioffi, both of South Williamsport.
An April 20 wedding at Clarke Chapel is being planned.
Horton is the daughter of Charlene Vuocolo, South Williamsport, and Dennis Horton, Cogan Station. She graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 2006 and received a bachelor's degree in communication media from Lock Haven University in 2010. She is employed by IMC Business Solutions and Strategies as video web marketing and innovation coordinator.

Cioffi is the son of Michelle Cioffi, Montoursville, and Douglas Cioffi, DuBoistown. He graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 2004. He received a bachelor's degree in English from Lycoming College in 2011 and is pursuing a master's degree in fine arts from Vermont College of Fine Arts, Montpelier, Vt.
