Lucinda Kay Pequignot, 60, of 132 Water St., Blossburg, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, after a brief illness.
Born Aug. 23, 1952, in Blossburg, she was the daughter of the late David W. Yeager and Virginia Stradley Yeager-Burt.
On March 3, 1973, she married Keith Pequignot, who survives.
Cindy is also survived by her daughter, Tanya (Nick) Montefusco; son, John (Rachel) Pequignot; four sisters, Patsy (Bill) Cox, Donna (Buddy) Ledbetter, Janet (Miles) Forer and Lydia (Don) Reed; three brothers, William (Sonya) Yeager, Pete (Linda) Yeager and Larry Yeager; many nieces and nephews; and by many beloved friends, especially Betty Wilbur, Valerie Miller and Shirley Smith. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Ellen Ingalls and brother, David B. Yeager.
Family and friends will be received at the Freeberg Funeral Home, Blossburg; Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 4 p.m. with Pastor Detlef Huckfeldt officiating and Faye Davies Kuzneski assisting. Memorial donations may be made to the immediate family.
