Frances L. Baker, 85, of 304 Prospect Ave., Avis, died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at her home.
Frances and her husband, the Rev. Raymond G. Baker, observed their 65th wedding anniversary on March 20, 2012.
Frances was a member of the Lock Haven Christian and Missionary Alliance Church and the Alliance Women's Association. She enjoyed doing crafts and studying the Bible.
Frances retired from Penn Garment as a secretary.
Born April 9, 1927, in Williamsport, she was the daughter of Perley and Julia E. (Hill) Swartz.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a son, Marc A. (Sandra) of Williamsport; daughters, Joan F. (Dr. Stephen) Maloff of Poctello, Idaho and Kimberly Y. (Edward) High of McElhattan; brothers, Perley Swartz Jr. of Nisbet and Lee Swartz of Williamsport; sister, Leona Chapman of Williamsport; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Frances was predeceased by a brother, Robert Swartz and sisters, Mildred Chapman and Pearl Swartz.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Knight-Confer's, 1914 Memorial Ave., with her husband, assisted by the Rev. Ronald Kelly, officiating. There will be a visitation from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Twin Hills Memorial Park.
