Ida Mae Cillo, 83, of South Williamsport, died Wednesday evening, Dec. 26, 2012, at her home surrounded by family.
Born in Williamsport on Nov. 26, 1929, the daughter of Arden and Mildred Snyder Mayer, Ida was a longtime member of Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church.
Ida and her husband, Stephen, owned and operated their family business in South Williamsport, retiring in 1996. Ida devoted all of her time and energy throughout her life to her children and grandchildren, enjoying regular family gatherings.

Her husband Stephen preceded her in death in 2000 and her daughter, Joann M. Cillo Bower, preceded her in death in 1991.
She is survived by her children, Stephen A. Cillo Jr. of Norwalk, Ohio, Nick A. Cillo of Loyalsock Township and Donald P. Cillo of South Williamsport. Ida is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Crouse Funeral Home, 133 E. Third St., Williamsport, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday morning and the funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at the same location. Burial will be held in Wildwood cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made, if desired, to a charity of your choice.
