Galen Lee Imler, 64, of Davenport, Fla., formerly of Williamsport, Pa., passed from this life into the arms of his Savior, JESUS CHRIST, Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, the former Florence Larson of Williamsport, Pa.; son, Michael and daughter, Kristen also of Davenport, Fla.; three grandchildren; two sisters, Carol (Terry) Manwaring and Donna (Gary) Potrzebowski, both of Williamsport; and brother, Tom Imler, Palm Desert, Calif.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Williamsport Assembly of God, the corner of Sheridan and Sherman streets, Williamsport. Pastors Joe Beadle and John Butler will officiating.
