Announcement has been made of the engagement of Molly Mansuy Perchinski and Tristin Ryan Forney, both of Williamsport.
A Sept. 21 wedding in Cogan Station is being planned.
Perchinski is the daughter of Jackie and Walter "Bud" Perchinski, Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2001. She received a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2005 and a bachelor's degree in elementary education, kindergarten through sixth grade, from Lock Haven University this year. She is employed by Williamsport Area School District as a substitute teacher.

Forney is the son of Collette and Brad Forney, Cogan Station. He graduated from Loyalsock Township Area High School in 2002. He received a bachelor's degree in elementary education, kindergarten through sixth grade, from Lock Haven University in 2006 and a master's degree in education from Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, in 2011. He is employed by Curtin Middle School as an eighth grade mathematics teacher.
