Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 22 people in county court.
Three people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Curtis J. Irvin, 26, Howard, two to 48 months, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for two counts of retail theft.
Wesley Holtsclaw, 20, 51 Smith Court Circle, Linden, one to four years for statutory sexual assault.
Alan D. Phillips, 50, 753 Harriman Road, Unityville, one to four years, $5,000 for growing marijuana and possession of an altered firearm.
One person were sentenced to county prison. He was:
P. Daniel Christini, 46, 239 Douglas Dr., Montoursville, seven days, six months probation, $300, 50 hours community service for DUI and public drunkenness.
Eight people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Asia M. Bowery, 18, 968 First St., 18 months, two days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for retail theft.
Richard L. Cowher, 28, 176 Kinley Road, six months, 30 days LCP/PRC, $950, 50 hours community service for DUI and driving without a license.
Jonathan L. Stephen, 23, Wellsboro, 12 months, 12 months probation, 14 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nijah L. Lucas, 23, 770 W. Fourth St., Apt. 403, 45 months, nine months LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for three counts of retail theft.
Roman Husam, 24, 1840 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, six months, 30 days LCP/PRC, $750, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Michael Crowe Sr., 47, 1971 Poco Farm Road, 60 months, 12 months LCP/PRC, $2,300 for DUI and driving under suspension.
Robert J. Kellogg Jr. , 46, 373 Lyons Ave., six months, three months LCP/PRC, $1,000 for DUI.
Shannon D. Kent, 36, 3731 Lycoming Creek Road, Lot T4, Cogan Station, six months, 30 days LCP/PRC, $1,750, 90 days electronic monitoring, 50 hours community service for DUI and driving under suspension.

Shane P. Paulhamus, 33, 4529 Daugherty's Run Road, Linden, 12 months, 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.
Joshua M. Tisak, 19, Ambridge, 12 months, 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct.
Cory J. Miller, 27, 214 Wise Road Ext., Montgomery, three years, $2,500 for criminal use of a communication facility.
Thomas M. Carstetter, 19, 406 Prospect Ave., Avis, 24 months, 50 hours community service for simple assault.
Christopher J. Dempsey, 37, 2241 Mahaffey Lane, 12 months, seven days LCP/PRC, $500, 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct.
Frances M. Dersham, 54, 501 Crist St., Jersey Shore, 36 months, 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
