Twelve people have charged with various drug offenses, according to court records. Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Samuel Louis Mason III, 19, of 739 Center St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver and possession of 16 bags of marijuana in the 600 block of Seventh Avenue on Dec. 29; jailed in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Jermaine Derick Mullen, 18, of 2714 Grand St.; Pennsylvania College of Technology police; possession and delivery of heroin, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of First Street on Dec. 19; jailed in lieu of $35,000 bail.
Kevin Gregory Smith, 18, of 807 Hepburn St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver and delivery of 10 bags of heroin in the 600 block of Spruce Street on Nov. 30; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Tyler John McKinney, 20, of 1891 Marshall Ave.; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia at his home on Nov. 20; sent summons to appear before a district judge.
Matthew Mario Bonomo, 18, a Penn College student from White Plains, N.Y.; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his dorm room on Oct. 28, released on $3,500 bail.
John Cheyney Nields IV, 18, of 800 Woodland Ave.; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 400 block of Park Avenue on Oct. 12, free on $1,500 bail.
Thor Smith, 22, of 266 Jerry Lane; Montoursville; Montoursville police; possession of marijuana in the 800 block of North Loyalsock Avenue on Sept. 1, released on bail.
Jeffrey Ralph Weaver, 34, of Lock Haven; city police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia at Fifth and Park avenues on Aug. 11; released on $3,500 bail.
Ryan David Stolpe, 32, of 907 Market St.; state police; possession of heroin for allegedly having four bags of the controlled substance marked "Game Over" in the 700 block of Elmira Street on July 2, released on $1,500 bail.
Akeem Abdul Wright, 21, of 609 Maple St., and Zachery Tyler McQuillen, 19, of 354 Jerome Ave.; state police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at High and Rose streets in the city about 1:30 a.m. May 13; both freed on $3,500 bail.
Gary Lamar Coleman, 29, of 803 W. Third St.; state police; possession with intent to deliver, delivery and possession of cocaine following incidents at Park Avenue and Grier Street in the city dating to late April and mid-May 2008; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
