Christopher A. Temples, 23, of 669 Rose St., has been charged by city police with simple assault for allegedly kicking Donald Crowe in the face during a disturbance at the New K Bar, 523 E. Third St., on Oct. 28.
Crowe was treated at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center for a broken jaw, police said.
Following his arraignment Thursday before District Judge Allen P. Page III, Temples was released on $1,500 bail.
