I feel for everyone involved in the Newtown, CT and other recent shootings that were carried out by people who knew no other way to cope with day to day issues. My heart goes out to the victims and families; I can't comprehend such a loss.
But, I have a question for all of the anti-gun people. If some Jack-Wagon goes out on New Year's Eve and kills someone with his or her vehicle, do I have to give up my vehicle? I am former military and I come from a military family that loves to hunt and target shoot.
I believe that the time has come to change the gun laws, but don't punish everyone because of a crazy few. If you take away my right to own a gun, what right will be taken away next?
