WELLSBORO - Seventeen people were sentenced in Tioga County Court Monday.
According to court documents, sentenced to state prison were:
Frederick W. Stephens Jr., 32, of Tioga, 16 months to 5 years for driving under the influence of intoxicants, $2,500 fine.
Juan J. Deleon, 27, of Tioga, 1 to 5 years in state prison for driving under the influence of intoxicants, $2,500 fine.
Sentenced to county prison were:
Kelly M. Rinebold, 28, of Leraysville, 6 to 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia, $100 fine.
Michael A. Tyree, 24, of Tioga, 12 months intermediate punishment for theft, four months in jail, probation, $100 fine, $790 restitution.
Jason Kurzejewski, 34, of the borough, five years treatment based intermediate punishment for DUI, 1 to 10 months in jail, probation, $1,500 fine.
Joseph B. Matlock Jr., 48, of Avonmore, 5 years intermediate punishment for DUI, 90 days in jail, probation, $1,500 fine.
Michael D. Regan, 32, of Millerton, 5 years intermediate punishment for DUI, 90 days in jail, last 30 on electronic monitoring, probation, $1,500 fine.
Matthew J. Myles, 33, of the borough, 5 years intermediate punishment for DUI, 90 days in jail, last 30 on electronic monitoring, probation, $1,500 fine.
Joshua D. Bailey, 35, of the borough, 5 years intermediate punishment for DUI, 90 days in jail, last 30 on electronic monitoring, probation, $1,500 fine.
Tristan W. Thompson, 24, of Arnot, 5 years intermediate punishment for DUI, 90 days in jail, last 30 on electronic monitoring, probation, $1,500 fine.
Shelly E. Milligan, 21, of Westfield, 5 years intermediate punishment for homicide by motor vehicle, 90 days in jail, probation, $500 fine.
Sentenced to probation were:
Brian D. Talada, 20, of Millerton, 90 days plus $75 fine for harassment ; 90 days plus $100 fine for underage possession of alcohol, consecutive.
Sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were:
Jon L. Whittaker, 21, of Walworth, N.Y., 6 months for use, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shane W. McInroy Jr., 21, of Galeton, 12 months for fleeing or attempting to elude police.
Donald R. Aumick, 19, of Blossburg, 12 months for DUI.
Matthew A. Douglas, 22, of the borough, 9 months for DUI.
Michael L. Gower, 45, of Morris, 12 months for DUI.
